Is this retreat co-ed?

Yes! All genders are welcome. This retreat is a sacred space for all beings who feel called to restore, remember, and reconnect with their lightbody and soul path. We honor the balance of the divine feminine and divine masculine within each of us.

Is transportation included?

Transportation to and from the retreat is not included.
You will be responsible for arranging your own travel to and from Saguaro Lake Ranch, which is located just outside of Scottsdale, AZ.

We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and renting a car or using a rideshare service for the 40–45 minute drive to the ranch.

What are the accommodations like?

Saguaro Lake Ranch is a historic and scenic property nestled along the Salt River, just beneath the Stewart Mountain Dam. You’ll be staying in rustic yet comfortable cabins with easy access to hiking trails, wildlife, and stunning desert views. The property’s charm and natural beauty provide the perfect container for rest and energetic recalibration.

What is the surrounding area like?

The retreat takes place in the heart of the Tonto National Forest, surrounded by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and the flowing waters of the Salt River. Nearby Saguaro Lake offers opportunities for kayaking, bird-watching, scenic boat tours, and peaceful connection with the land. This landscape offers both stillness and vitality — the perfect balance for quantum restoration.

Will there be a chance to connect with the group beforehand?

Yes! Here's how we’ll prepare and connect as a group:

• September 2025: You’ll receive access to a private online retreat portal with travel logistics, packing lists, and energetic preparation resources.
  
  
• October 2025: We’ll host a live calibration Zoom call one month before the retreat.
  
  
• One week before the retreat: A Telegram group will open to begin weaving the field and sharing intentions.
  
  

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to honor both your commitment and the energetic integrity of this sacred container.

Cancellation by Participant

• • A 25% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made on or before September 15, 2025.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 1, 2025, due to the energetic container and logistical commitments already set in motion.

  • If cancellation occurs between September 16–30, a partial refund may be available at our discretion, minus the 25% fee.

  Thank you for honoring the sacred space and preparation that goes into holding this retreat container.

If you are on a payment plan and cancel after these windows, you are still responsible for completing the payments according to the refund policy above.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. 

Cancellations by the Organizers

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. We are not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation costs outside of retreat registration.
