Remembering the Heartbeat

A Green Tara transmission on Sacred Pause, embodied remembrance, the Earth, and returning to the original Divine Blueprint.

Greetings and welcome, beautiful members of this field of remembrance.

If you were able to listen to my Mount Shasta transmission from June, you might remember that I brought in the concept that sometimes remembrance can be very jolting.

And so, what we do is not only call in a field of remembrance here into this space, but we also call in a field of harmonization. You're able to access those soul memories, expand your awareness and your consciousness, and also lift some of the veils of forgetting that are anchored in our soul template with more clarity—while also feeling comfortable and allowing the experience to be gentle.

It doesn't have to feel like you got hit by a ton of bricks or need three weeks to integrate, because there's some remembrance that feels like ripping off a Band-Aid, and that's not always the fun one.

So, we like it to be fun in here.

There's a lot of Divine Child energy today.

I'm honored to be able to bring through a channeled message from Green Tara. It's actually been a while since I have channeled Green Tara, although I connect with that frequency and that archetype a lot.

It came to me just as I was preparing for the month of August—and, of course, our key code is Sacred Pause—that Green Tara would be a beautiful energy to bring through.

I've set up my environment, and I've got my crystals. I've got my fluorite that I'll actually go ahead and hold. This might help me during the transmission as well.

Today, my inner child wanted to bring toys. This is my show-and-tell!

I have two beautiful fluorite crystals, and then I also have a fun little toy. It's not a toy; it's a very powerful technology. But to my inner child, it's like bringing my toys to play.

That is a special oracle deck created by my dear soul brother Neil Hart, who I had the privilege of co-creating a retreat with last month in London and Avebury. It was super magical.

Many of you, if you watch our Instagram Lives—we do those almost every Friday—might know that we use the Fembot Oracle.

I've never—I can't remember that I've ever done a card pull on anything that was on YouTube. So, guess what? You get to be the first ones to see me do a card pull on YouTube.

Let's take a deep breath.

I feel called to pull three cards from the deck.

Our first one is Love.

Ah, this one is the Six of Diamonds.

Just allow yourself to tune into the card.

The architecture of love.

All right, let's do the second card as we prepare and calibrate for our Green Tara transmission today.

Oh! Again, almost opposites: death and love. Death and love.

The number for that one is 13, which many of us know as connected to the Divine Feminine. It's bringing up Goddess Kali for me. Kali is definitely in the field, so I'm going to say maybe we've got more than just Green Tara coming through.

And our final card is Possibility.

The Two of Movements.

That feels like it goes right in the center—the one that's literally going to anchor into the center point of my body.

Okay, let's soften the body and prepare our field for this message coming through from Green Tara.

We also invite in any other benevolent beings of light, guides, ascended masters, angels, ascended ancestors, and spirit animals who support us in this field of remembrance with Green Tara.

Allow yourself to connect to a more Edenic version of Gaia.

It feels like the Garden of Eden—very green, lush, muddy—as we are at the land and the water, living in harmony, or coexisting in harmony.

There is less contrast between the land and the water, as if the land were covered by a mist. Essentially, the land is still in the water.

Notice the presence of the jaguar as a key code and spirit animal.

It feels like we're wandering through this lush landscape. This particular transmission is coming through visually rather than vocally. It feels like Green Tara is painting a picture for us.

So, just open your mind's eye. Open your imagination to telepathic transmission and co-creation between Green Tara and Gaia, almost as if they are one and the same.

Notice your body begin to respond as we welcome in the element of fire in the belly, into your navel.

This field of remembrance is designed to connect us to our primordial essence—a more tangible, physical representation of our original Divine Blueprint—and a remembrance of multiple Indigenous lifetimes that we have lived as people of the land.

People who were so closely connected to Gaia that we lived and breathed what Gaia lived and breathed.

Even a lifetime where all of the land was one.

I have a collective and council of Earth Fathers stepping forward with a message.

They are asking for your reply.

Take a deep breath.

We have the element of air coming through as the north wind blowing on your face.

The peoples of the ice.

The people of the crystalline frequencies of the snow.

A tribe, a collective, that is here to bring us gifts.

The gift of reason, reasoning, and logic in a way that supports us in integrating and understanding.

Go ahead and reply as you weave with them.

Beautiful.

Taking another deep breath, and we transition.

We have the rock record keepers.

The Earth. The plates.

These are the tectonic plates. That's what they are coming forward as: the tectonic plates coming to regulate our nervous system and stabilize our bone structures.

Re-encode our skeletal structures.

Open and close. Open, close, open, close, open.

It might be the heart valves.

Calibrate, calibrate, calibrate, calibrate.

Lift, lift.

Just let this sound out.

Rub your body. Take your palms and allow yourself to literally feel your skin. Feel your body. Squeeze your body. Squeeze your bones.

Be in your body.

No matter how advanced we perceive ourselves to be on this path of consciousness, we are invited to go to the next level—the next depth.

What is coming through is:

Go ahead and vocalize with me. Allow yourself to vocalize.

Wiggle your hips. Move your pelvis. Stomp your feet. Move your feet. Move your toes.

Those lower parts of the body are coming to the party.

We're reconnecting the upper and lower bodies, reconnecting at the torso, where energetically our blueprint was severed.

It's as if our waist was cut—our legs walking around without a top, and our top floating around without legs.

This is how it's coming through.

And this is all about our connection to Gaia. It's all about our connection to the Earth.

As we are disconnected from the lower half of our bodies, we are disconnected from Gaia.

From a higher-self perspective, whatever we created—even though it might have seemed like duality—those who severed the blueprint and severed that connection knew that they could not disconnect us from Gaia because there was a contract there. That was impossible.

But they did know that it was possible to disconnect us from our own bodies.

And so, that's how they disconnected us from Gaia.

At the end of the day, they are us and we are them.

Remember, we're all one.

That was us.

We wanted to have the experience of being disconnected from Gaia through the body.

Guess what?

We're ready to reconnect.

We are ready to feel in ways that we have not felt for many, many hundreds of thousands of years as humanity.

We are ready to feel the heartbeat of Gaia, and we are ready to feel our own heartbeat.

Because what we are currently experiencing as our own heartbeat and heart field is actually an overlay.

Just notice.

And we are ready to remember our own heartbeat.

That's how it's coming through:

I am ready to remember my heart.

I am ready to remember my heart.

I am ready to remember my heart.

I am ready to remember my heart.

And I feel the Earth Fathers and the Earth Mothers drumming us back together.

So, if you have a drum nearby, or if you're able to drum, I just want to encourage you to drum.

Let yourself drum on your body with your hands or with a drum as we wake up to this connection.

The words wake up are coming.

It's like waking up. Either our top half is waking up to our bottom half, or our bottom half is waking up to our top half.

We actually reconnect parts of our circuitry that are causing chaos mentally and emotionally.

And so, we are now graduating from mental and emotional chaos as a collective, coming back into connection with our own heart center and with our body.

I am ready for crystalline clarity.

I am ready for crystalline clarity.

I am no longer playing the game of confusion.

Because they're showing me that we chose to play a game of confusion.

We chose to play a game of chaos.

Now, you probably understand the archetypal piece of this, but that is the old template that is dying.

That's why the card of Death was pulled.

When we talk about death, we're talking about death on multiple levels and layers.

I like to see death as a graduation.

So, as we reframe the verbiage—because sometimes that word is still encoded with a lot of trauma for some of us—allow yourself to remember your favorite graduation moment.

Did you graduate from anything? Even if it was preschool, whatever it was, you brought something to completion, and it felt so good.

Call in a memory.

Even if it was like a marathon and it kind of sucked physically to experience it, and you're like, "That was so hard on my body, but I did it."

Exhilaration in completion.

Exhilarated death. Graduation.

It's hard to put death and exhilaration together, but exhilarated graduation is the key code.

An exhilarating graduation day for us.

Let the vitality of that awareness spread throughout your body, because our bodies have been exhausted.

I know this resonates with many of you because we've been feeling the death and the dying parts. We've been so attached to them that we're like, "We're dying!"

It's just a part.

"We're dying!"

It's just a part.

It's just a part that's fading away, and you're holding on to it with—no pun intended—a death grip.

Your own sacred heart.

Your own heartbeat.

Not the overlaid heartbeat. It's dissonant and chaotic.

Wow, wasn't that fun?

Wow, we had a ride with confusion. We had a ride with chaos. Dude, that was next level.

We sowed our wild oats, didn't we?

Yes, we did.

But we're graduating.

So, this is really a graduation party.

And it is necessary for us to step into a deeper remembrance.

Back to what was mentioned at the beginning: as we close out this transmission and this field, we are going deeper into our bodies to access a deeper remembrance of our original Divine Blueprint.

The fact that it is gone is an illusion.

You are not fragmented. That is an illusion that you chose to experience.

No victimhood here.

"Somebody fragmented me."

Yep, it was you.

Release the jaw.

Release the jaw. Use the jaw.

It's almost like the jaw is wired shut.

Everybody, open your mouth more.

Take a breath now.

Let's do air.

You're going to sink a little bit, and it might feel scary, but you are deepening into the Earth.

We have a fear of going deep because we've been taught that you're buried in the Earth when you die. So we've associated death with going deeper into Gaia.

Just think about that for a moment.

So many templates of remembrance.

So much remembrance of templates.

I should say, templates of remembrance as well.

Let's bring to completion this experience, this co-creation today, with gratitude.

Come into a still point.

Wherever it is in your body, where is it?

Belly? Pineal gland? Throat?

Find it.

Just place your hand gently there, honoring your body, heart, mind, soul, brain, and nervous system.

Honoring all the beautiful guides, seen and unseen, who attended to this, witnessed this, supported this, and were actually by our side moving through it with us.

Partners. Colleagues. Family.
