Focus on a color and invite the matching Star Mother to assist in your release by placing her hand on your solar plexus.
Breathe deeply, allowing negative energy to release through your toes.
Identify and release subconscious resistance to being fully healed.
Embrace the template of wholeness and healedness.
Notice your body’s response.
Call in your connected elementals—fairies, dragons, earth-based energies, water elementals, and Inner Earth guides—to strengthen your connection with Gaia through the Root Chakra.
