One group meal is included each day in both the 2-day and 7-day events. Participants will be responsible for the other two meals on their own.

Participants are responsible for booking their own travel to and from New Zealand.

Arrive in Christchurch and depart from Queenstown

You are responsible for your own lodging in downtown Christchurch.

7-Day Event
All lodging is covered.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Because this is a small and high-touch experience with limited spots, we’ve put the following cancellation policy in place to ensure energetic and logistical integrity for all involved:

🌀 All payments are non-refundable.
Your registration secures your space in an intentionally small group, and funds are immediately used to cover event costs.

🌀 Transfers are allowed.
If you’re unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to another person up to 14 days before the event. Please notify us in writing at [your email] to process the transfer.

🌀 No credits or rollovers.
This event is a one-time offering, and registrations cannot be applied to future events, sessions, or digital products.

🌀 In the unlikely event that we must cancel the immersion, all participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Travel expenses and other costs will not be reimbursed, so we recommend purchasing flexible airfare and travel insurance.
