Session 1: Introduction & Meeting Your Modality Guides
Date: Saturday, February 1, 2025
- Set intentions for the course and connect with your specific and personal modality guides.
- Begin to understand your unique gifts (old and new) and how your guides will support you in weaving them together to create your modality.
Session 2: Akashic Records Exploration
Date: Wednesday, February 5, 2025
- Explore the Akashic Records to uncover deeper insights into your soul’s purpose and healing modalities.
- Gain a deeper understanding of your gifts and refine your modality through hands-on practice.
Session 3: Past Life Regression & Practice Exchange
Date: Saturday, February 8, 2025
- Delve into past and parallel lives where you've mastered healing modalities.
- Experience a past life regression to uncover and anchor these gifts into your current practice.
- Integrate these past-life gifts to enhance and expand your modality.
- Practice your modality in a 20-minute exchange with a peer to build confidence.
Session 4: Channeling Your Modality Description & Practice Exchange
Date: Wednesday, February 12, 2025
- Channel a clear and confident description of your modality to communicate it with others.
- Refine the language and structure of your modality through a channeling session.
- Practice your modality in a 20-minute exchange with a peer to build confidence.
Session 5: Practice Exchange & Sharing Circle
Date: Saturday, February 15, 2025 (Time: 8:30am - 9:45am Pacific Time)
- Practice your modality in a 20-minute exchange with a peer to build confidence.
- Share your experiences, insights, and challenges in a group sharing circle.
- Gain feedback and support from the group to increase confidence and deepen integration.
Session 6: Practice Exchange, Final Integration & Q&A
Date: Wednesday, February 18, 2025
- Engage in a final 20-minute practice exchange to integrate all aspects of your modality.
- Reflect on the course and share any final insights in a group setting.
- Address any remaining questions in a dedicated Q&A session, ensuring clarity and confidence moving forward.

I’m thrilled that you’re considering joining the Lightworker Expansion Lab. First, let me say—you're not alone! Many lightworkers feel uncertain when stepping into a new way of sharing their gifts. This course is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re completely new to practicing virtually or just looking for clarity about how your modality fits in this format.
What the Practice Sessions Look Like
The practice exchanges aren’t about delivering a polished or “perfect” session. Instead, they’re an opportunity to:
- Share a simple description of your modality and how it works.
- Tune into your partner’s energy to share insights or impressions based on your modality.
- Experiment with connecting virtually in a safe, supportive environment.
If you’re still discovering how to express your gifts virtually, that’s completely okay! You can use the time to explore and gather feedback from your partner, which often sparks incredible ideas and growth.

- Pairing with a Like-Minded Partner:Â If your modality feels more conducive to in-person work, I can pair you with someone who shares similar concerns. Together, you can explore creative ways to adapt and support each other.
