- User Account

- User-Generated Content
3.1. The Portal may allow users to submit, post, or display content, including but not limited to text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content.
3.2. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Termination
4.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Portal at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
4.2. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
