Join JJ & Michael in Sintra, Portugal, for a one-day, in-person experience focused on remembrance, gridwork, activation, and connection.
We will spend the day on location, walking between key sites in Sintra and working directly with the places we visit. The day includes guided movement, on-site activations, spoken light language, and time for personal integration.
This is not a sightseeing tour or a classroom-style workshop. It is a practical, experiential day centered on presence, participation, and direct engagement.
Admission tickets to all included sites are covered in your registration fee, allowing the day to flow smoothly without logistical interruptions.
Sintra’s Spiritual Significance
Sintra has long been regarded as a place of initiation, valued historically for its elevated vantage points, dense forests, and symbolic architecture rather than a single temple or shrine.
Our journey begins at the National Palace of Pena, historically built as a romantic royal retreat atop the mountain. Energetically, this high point offers orientation, perspective, and expansion...an opening phase before moving inward.
The day completes at Quinta da Regaleira, a 19th-century estate designed around esoteric symbolism. Its Initiation Well, a spiral staircase descending into the Earth, reflects ancient rites of passage through descent and return.
Together, these sites support an initiatory arc of perspective, descent, and integration—experienced not through explanation, but through walking the terrain, entering the spiral, and returning embodied.
